Storage Instructions:

• Label date and time and store bottle in refrigerator or freezer.
• Warm breast milk in warm water or warmer before feeding.
• Thaw frozen breast milk in refrigerator before warming.

Feeding Instructions:

• Store in refrigerator: Warm milk using warm water or electrical warmer.
• Store in freezer: Thaw frozen milk in the refrigerator first and thaw before warming up using warm water or electrical warmer.
• Discard any leftover milk.
• Do not refreeze or refrigerate warmed milk.

Care Instructions:

• Wash all bottle & parts in warm soapy water and rinse well before first use and after each use.

Never warm or thaw breast milk in a microwave.
